Do I need a home address for delivery?

We deliver to home, work, and P.O. Box addresses. Add as much detail as possible about the delivery address such as whether it is an estate, press intercom, leave with receptionist or other specific details to ensure smooth delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.

When will my order be delivered?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 3-7 days to arrive.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on orders over R1000. The shipping cost will be automatically deducted at checkout when your cart exceeds R999.

How do digital gift cards work?

Our gift cards are sent electronically to the email provided at checkout, eliminating shipping fees.

Why was part of my order refunded?

How can I care for my Zeloria jewellery?

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Regularly wipe with a soft cloth to keep it looking its best.

Can I wear my jewellery while swimming or exercising?

Some of our jewellery, i.e. the jewellery marked as waterproof and tarnish-free are designed to withstand daily activities, including swimming and sweating however, we do recommend where possible to not over-expose the jewellery to water or sweat so as to maintain the quality and longevity of your Zeloria jewellery pieces.

Will items be restocked after selling out?

We strive to restock popular items whenever possible. Please add items to the Wishlist tab to get updates on whether the item has been restocked. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
